PERIODICALLY TEST YOUR SYSTEM FOR RELIABLE OPERATION
1. CALL CENTRAL STATION AT 1-800-424-3624. PROVIDE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER AND
PASSCODE. TELL THE OPERATOR YOU WISH TO TEST THE SYSTEM.
2. SET YOUR ALARM TO AWAY, AS IF YOU WERE LEAVING.
3. ONCE SET, OPEN WINDOWS AND DOORS AND TRIP ANY MOTION DETECTORS TO
TRIP THE ALARM.
4. LET THE ALARM GO FOR 30 - 40 SECONDS, THEN SHUT IT OFF BY ENTERING YOUR
4 DIGIT CODE AND PRESSING OFF.
5. CALL CENTRAL STATION. PROVIDE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER AND PASSCODE. TELL
THE OPERATOR THAT YOU WANT THE RESULTS OF YOUR SYSTEM TEST.
6. RESET YOUR SYSTEM BY ENTERING YOUR CODE AND OFF. DO THIS TWICE.
7. CONTACT SECURITY CONCEPTS IF NO SYSTEM TEST WAS RECEIVED.
IMPORTANT NOTE: YOUR TELEPHONE LINE WILL BE USED TO TRANSMIT SIGNALS TO CENTRAL STATION, AND DURING THE TEST WILL GO DEAD FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES. THIS IS NORMAL AND IT WILL SOON RETURN TO NORMAL SERVICE.
